Vintage 10lb Hanging PENN MFG.CO. INC. Philadelphia, PA. Produce Store Scale
Shows heavy signs of wear/some very light rust in a few spots, but gives it a lot of vintage character. There is no glass and there is some metal distortion around the edge of the face.. Please inspect pictures carefully. Would make a nice decor' piece.
Scale appears to weigh accurately based on the 1lb can of beans I used for testing (last photo).
