SPARKLER is mint with mint tags, lives in a non-smoking home and wears a tag protector. Being from Canada, he has the extra tush tag.
Authenticity is guaranteed, I bought this cute bear from a reputable TY retailer in Montreal Canada for my own collection.
I no longer collect beanies and I am trying to find good homes for all my beanies.  They are all new, never been displayed or played with.
The tag reads:
