I RECENTLY ACQUIRED A HUGE COLLECTION OF VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE COSTUME JEWELRY COLLECTED FROM AROUND THE WORLD. MANY PIECES ARE SIGNED AND MOST ARE QUITE UNUSUAL. LISTED FOR AUCTION TODAY IS A WONDERFUL ANTIQUE EARLY 1900'S ART NOUVEAU PERIOD BRACELET.
IT IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE BACK OF THE SNAP CLASP "SIMMONS" WHICH IS THE R.F. SIMMONS CO., ATTLEBORO, MA.
IT IS 1/20 12K. G.F., WEIGHS APPROXIMATELY 9.1 GRAMS AND MEASURES ABOUT 7" LONG WHEN CLASPED.
IT FEATURES SMOOTH OPEN OVAL LINKS, EACH MEASURING ABOUT 7/8" X 3/8", AND CONNECTING EACH ARE ART NOUVEAU STYLE DECORATED LINKS! IN THE CENTER IS A 1 1/4" LINK WITH TWISTED FRAME THAT FEATURES A LOVELY BEZEL SET CARVED SHELL CAMEO.
THE CAMEO MEASURES ABOUT 18.5mm x 13mm.
SHE IS LOVELY WITH A DRAPED BODICE WITH FLOWER AT THE SHOULDER AND FLOWERS IN HER HAIR!
