PANAMA PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION ~ 1915 ~ RUBY FLASH ASHTRAY SOUVENIR

Description

Very rare ruby-flash glass ashtray from the 1915 Panama International Exposition. This item measures approximately 4.5" to 5" inches in diameter with wear from age and use (surface wear on bottom from age). This item is etched "Panama Pacific Exposition San Francisco 1915" with the owners initials and last name; "W.H. Norbergs" (please see photos). Condition is good for a glass souvenir item with surface wear,fleabite nicks, and bubbles in the glass. Also, it appeared to have gold paint on ends, which has worn off. Moreover, the ridges on rim are for striking matches!
