Up for Auction is a Wonderful Highly Ornate Gilt Brass Signed Austrian Antique 1920's Art Nouveau Era Black Jet Glass Cameo Pin Brooch!
Ca. 1920's-30's
Simply Magnificent Austrian Art Deco/Nouveau Period Locket Brooch Pin made from a Heavy Pressed Gilt brass with Exquisite Black Jet Glass Cameo of a Victorian Lady.
Note the Incredible Art Deco/Nouveau Motif on the Pressed Brass frame and Incredible Detail on this Jet Glass Cameo !
This Gilt Cameo Brooch measures 1.85" x 1.40" . We believe that this may be a piece of Mourning Jewelry.
This Antique Art Nouveau Gilt Brass Cameo Brooch Pin is offered here in very good condition and looks as if it has not been used much and as it was found in an Estate Sale sealed in the back of a dresser boxed and has very little ware except usual very light Minuscule Surface scratches and No Gilt loss! On the reverse we noticed a small Production flaw to the Glass Cameo where there is a tiny sliver of black glass missing, absolutely Not affecting the Integrity or Value of this Rare Estate Piece.
