Middle Arsenal Tower was built in the years 1493-1495 on the northwest side of the Kremlin wall, stretching along Alec sandrovskogo-Garden, the site of the corner towers of the time of Dmitry Donskoy. The outer face of its highly elongated rectangular volume up, completed machicolations and parapet, retained the original dismembered, of two flat vertical niches. In XV-XVI centuries around the tower on Neglinnaya River was dammed. In the 1680's she received a completion - an open quadrangle with four-sided tent, completed through observation tower with shatrikom. Inside, the main volume of the tower is divided into three tiers, covered by cylindrical vaults and wall stairs connected. The tent is divided into tiers flat ceilings. Its present name in the construction of the tower was the Arsenal building in the beginning of the XVIII century. Previously, it was called Prismatic - from dissected on the edge of the facade. In 1821, at the Alexander Garden at the disaggregated sub-nozhiya tower project OI Bove was constructed amusement grotto. The height of the tower -. 38.9 m curfew (deaf, Kolymazhny) tower was built in 1493-1495 on the northwest side of the Kremlin wall. It was called at first Kolymazhny located near the Kolymazhny court in the Kremlin. In the years 1676-1686 was layered. The tower is a massive quadrangular with machicolations and parapet and standing on it an open tetrahedron, completed pyramidal roof, observation tower and octagonal shatrikom. In the main body of the tower - three tiers of rooms, covered barrel vaults; arches and covered with tiers of completion. In the XIX century the tower was named "Commandant", when near the Kremlin, in the amusing XVII century palace lived the commandant of Moscow.
