    Description

    Vintage decal from the many travels of one of my relatives.  These have never been used and were taken out of their wax paper envelope for the picture.  Condition is like new as these have never been used.  Some of the wax paper envelopes have torn on the edge but the decals are fine. Condition specifics are below.
    State:   Arkansas   Image is of the state flag.
    Decal condition:  Along the top edge of the decal the wax paper envelope had stuck to it.  As these are the kind you soak in water to put on something that paper may come off then.  Bottom left corner has slight crease the does go just in past the blue line border.  No flaking to the decal.
    Envelope condition:  This envelope has no writing on it.  No manufacturer name.  It is also torn down one side as the decal had stuck along the edge and envelope had to be torn to get decal out for image.
