    Description

    I picked this up in China about 30 years ago, but I'm sure it's much older (can't give you a dynasty).  This appears to be a seal (rolled on wax to make a design) and may have been mounted on a rod or staff.
    I can't claim my Post Office is exactly fast, but they should easily be able to get it to you much faster than if you had one like this shipped to you from China!
