Antique 1869 Administrator's Bond-Floyd County Georgia-McDurmont-Kinney

Description

Offered is this antique two-sided administrator's bond from Floyd County, Georgia, dated October 25, 1869, with the same recording date. The document concerns John McDurmont and John Kinney. Kinney has signed it, while McDurmont has made his mark.
The document is approx. 10 1/4" x 8 1/2". It is in good condition for its age. There are no holes, but there are a few small tears along the edges, mainly at the fold lines, where a few small bits are missing. There is some foxing and spotting and crease lines along the folds. The writing is still quite dark and readable.
The document will be sent folded.
