    Description

Offered is this antique legal document from the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. It is difficult to read the names of the people involved (see photo #2). The document is four pages long, written on the front and back of two attached pieces of paper. It was written for the April 1862 session of court and was filed on April 8, 1862 (see last photo). Lycoming County is in northeastern Pennsylvania; the county seat is Williamsport.
Each page of the document is approx. 12 1/2" x 8". It is very good condition for its age. It has been folded and there are a few tiny tears along the edges of the fold lines, but no holes. The ink is slightly faint in some areas but readable. The document will be sent folded.
