2 Antique 1896 + 1902 Mortgage Documents-Floyd County Georgia

Description

Offered are these two antique documents, both mortgages from Floyd County, Georgia. One is dated Oct. 17, 1896, filed the next month, and the other is dated Feb. 12, 1902, also filed the next month.
The 1896 document is approx. 8 1/2" x 14" when unfolded. It is in good condition overall. It has a few small holes, and some small edge tears. The 1902 document is approx. 8 1/2" x 7" when unfolded. It is in good condition overall, with only a few tiny pinholes. Both have browned and are creased on the folds.
